Rules & Guidelines

No surprises. No hidden rules. Everything pulled directly from our system. If your dashboard lets you request a payout, we will pay it.

Live Funded Accounts

After 4 successful payout cycles on a sim-funded account, traders are reviewed for a live account. If your trading history matches PropEd's risk profile, a live sub-account is opened under PropEd Capital's main capital account through Ironbeam. You sign a live agreement before access is granted.

The live account transition can take a few days to set up. Your account will be paused during this time, but we work as quickly as possible to facilitate the transition.

Live Starting Balance by Account Size

Account Size (sim-funded)Live Starting Balance
25k Standard / $1.25k TrueRisk$2,000
50k Standard / $2.5k TrueRisk$3,000
100k Standard / $5k TrueRisk$4,000
150k Standard / $10k TrueRisk$5,000

The live balance is multiplied by the number of qualifying sim-funded accounts, capped at $10,000 total.

Balance Multiplier

The live starting balance is multiplied by the number of sim-funded accounts that have at least 1 payout at the time of the 4th payout cycle. Combined balance is always capped at $10,000.

ExampleLive Starting Balance
1 qualifying $50k account$3,000
2 qualifying $50k accounts$6,000
3 qualifying $50k accounts$9,000
4+ qualifying $50k accounts$10,000 cap
1 qualifying $100k account$4,000

Live Account Payouts

Example: Live starting balance is $3,000. Account grows to $4,200, so withdrawable profit is $1,200. Request $1,000 payout at 80/20 and receive $800. You can request again the next day if above $3,000.

Completely at will. Up to once per day, withdraw any amount of profit above your starting balance. No consistency rule, no minimum trading days, no biweekly cap, no waiting period. Profit split still applies.

Important Rules

You cannot hold sim-funded accounts while a live account is open.
If you do not qualify during the risk review, you must restart from the beginning of the evaluation path.
No consistency rule, no inactivity timer, and no daily loss limit on live accounts.
The starting balance acts as a permanent withdrawal floor. It cannot itself be withdrawn.
